Great to use every day....just wish there was enough for a one month supply instead of 28 capsules

Always works for me! Recommended by a long-time GI physician, and I have used it for years. This time my GI tract was off and I was struggling to find my balance and as soon as I took this again (after several years of not needing it), I felt better immediately. This is a tried and true product, one of the original probiotics and many, many doctors recommend. Just ask your own. I would always be careful to buy from the maker and not get a knock-off which could make you sick (same with any supplements or meds), but this seller and this product was great!

Easy to swallow. Can take at any time not just with food no stomach upset or un ease. I'm not a yogurt person so getting in some probiotics this way is helpful.

Align Digestive 24/7 is a very good probiotic for general digestion and gut health. After trying several others over the years, I have found this probiotic to be very good, even helpful at times for IBS. It is a bacteria-based probiotic, which means it's meant to replenish the "good" bacteria that occurs naturally in everyone's digestive system. It's rather pricey, though, and for some reason, for that high price, they only give you 28 tablets per bottle, instead of 30. I imagine there must be some scientific logic to a 28-day cycle? If the manufacturer should read this, I'd appreciate knowing what that is.
