So easy to use
This ladder is exactly what I needed. It is lightweight and sleek. The side profile when closed is like an inch or so. Super easy to use. Tall enough to use for high ceilings. Easy enough to use for a quick step up. The little rail on the top, really helps to feel secure when using the top steps. Great product

Unstable Ladder
Great looking ladder but use it for decoration only. It is very unstable and does not have brackets on the sides to lock in place. Metal is thin and very dangerous to use.

Sturdy
The steps are 8 inches wide. The ladder is light weight for its size. Well packaged.

It has it's pros and it's cons, and most of them are the same thing.
Let me start by saying that I will be keeping this step ladder even though I find it has some faults, it also has it's uses for me anyway.Yes.. I am 5'10" and I can reach my 12 foot ceilings just like the description says. BUT, to do so I have to be standing on the very top step (something most ladders advise against.) You need nerves of steel to be up there and use both hands for something above your head. I managed to change a bulb, but I could not manage to re-assemble the light fixture.Pros and cons. It is very thin and lightweight but maybe a bit too light weight. I can actually see the legs flex slightly as I climb on it. That may be perfectly OK and the way it is designed, but it does not give my confidence. It is tall. Folded it stands about 6 feet tall making it hard to store in a closet with shelves. It does tuck away nicely behind a door in my bedroom though. Then again, it is not tall enough. The top step (that you have to stand on to reach 12 feet) is 4 1/2 feet high and the top grab bar on the ladder is at 6 feet. That means the grab bar is only 18 inches above the top step. That means it doesnt even come up to your knees. Maybe if they made the whole thing a little taller you could they use the top grab bar to steady yourself while up there and not feel like you are standing on top of a flag pole.I find that if I am near a wall where I can put a hand out and steady myself I am fine with this ladder. But for changing a bulb in the middle of the room not so much. The main reason I bought this ladder is that I recently had some mini split airconditioners installed and they are too high to reach with just a small step ladder and I know myself, I would rarely bother to bring my big heavy 8 foot ladder in the house to clean the filters. With this, it will be very easy to get to the filters with very little effort. Also, anything that does not require reaching 12 feet like high shelves and tops of cabinets are perfect places to reach with this ladder. So, in conclusion, I will be keeping it, but not for reaching my 12 foot ceiling lights. I guess I will be in the market for yet another ladder for that. This one is too small and light, and my 8 foot all aluminum one is too big and heavy. Maybe a 6' fiberglass one would be better.

A little flimsy, but that goes with being lightweight.
A little more flimsy than expected, but that comes with the light weight so I should have expected it. I'm 200lb and don't feel the least bit unsafe on it.

High price - Bad quality assurance
The ladder looks great, no dents or anything. Very light and easy to handle.Unfortunately, the ladder is unstable on the back left and front right making it wobble ALOTAesthetic is no compromise for a safety hazard.
