Failed in 2 weeks. This is my 5th try with Artillery. Read full review, save yourself a headache.
It started well, but shortly fan start make noise. After few prints it baked the Nylon filament in the extruder beyond repair. The bed was not perfectly leveled ever. The auto level sucks. Received replacement.Very loud high pitch noise from fan. Over all very loud printer. Returning again. Very disappointed. I like the size.Update- The size of the printer is tempting. I purchased another one. Upon arrival was obvious that it is lemon. The bed was very loose, impossible to adjust with the eccentrics wheel adjusters. Well I ordered replacement which work fine for 24 hours, than started hitting rear sensor and stripping the drive belt. I try to reinstall firmware, but no improvement. I think I am done with Artillery. To bad, the printer got good potential. I have several Ender 3V2 printers, working perfect for several years.Absolutely NO SUPPORT from Artillery support. After 2 years I decided to give it another try. Maybe they fixed some of the issues already? What a junk. Problems started immediately. Holes were not line up. Printer start display an error messages, but it worked after reset. Well worked for a week and than message "Error: home Y failed" appeared. Since than I try and try, but nothing worked. Disconnecting and plugging back all connections with no success. The printer has good structure but unfortunately does not print. That could be problem for some. Stay a way from this printer and you save yourself a lot of headaches. Absolutely NO SUPPORT from Artillery support. They demanded video as a proof, than another video, than another video and than they stop responding. I 3D print for years. I have many Ender 3D printer versions. There is no trouble free 3 D printer, but at least they are fixable. That part is missing from Artillery 3D printer.

good bones ... needs work
What I found out... First it has 'good bones' basically good parts put together `not' well. The design is very good. The most problems I had was with who put it together. Power off, if you move the 3 axis, you will find anything but smooth. Problems seemed to be people just putting the screws in and not understanding how it works, no final assembly was done. I'm an engineer and have had the same problems. I found the eccentrics.. adjustment for how tight the wheels run on the rails had a good side and a bad side that cause the `sticking'. I had to turn them over 180 deg. to get to the good side. Loose connections were everywhere. The bed leveling has more to do with the center adjustment and Z offset than the leveling adjustment. You need to put in some Z offset and adjust the center adjusts to work, then use the leveling adjusts. Be very critical. the auto bed level function is very limited. Last of all, the software developers need to do a better job. If you go over 100 deg on the bed, it needs to tell you it only goes to 100. I have had several time the software just stopped. The interface would not respond to any key input. Reset and power on/off several times seemed to make it work, but come on software ... do your job. I now have a great 3D printer less the software bugs. I think they will fix it and I hope this helps someone.

Loud but fast and accurate
Decided to upgrade from my Artillery x2 to the x3 Plus after many head failures. Overall, the print sticks better to the plate and is faster. The downside is it is much louder. Guess I’ll put up with that over failed prints and parts

Absolute junk
I purchased one, had it a few days and had to return it. Got a second one and sent it back 4 days later. Both had the same issues and the second one arrived with a warped gantry. They will not print anything that takes a long time. I wasted an entire 1kg spool of filament trying to print a batman cowl. It would get 8 hrs or so into the print, malfunction and start spitting random filament strings all over the bed. The bed heating wasn't consistent and led to layer shifting nearly every print. The extruder would randomly stop extruding for no reason. The bed motors would grind really loud and sounded like the machine was going to explode. It wouldn't hold settings I made in the slicer and the build plate was IMPOSSIBLE to effectively level. The adjustment knobs would fall of all the time and both beds were warped. The customer service is garbage, they only communicate through email and all the tell you is to level the bed and adjust the conce tric nuts holding the bed to the rails. All in all this is a piece of junk machine. Save yourself time and aggravation and just buy a Creality Ender. These things suck.

Worked
Worked out of the box. Quit working 3 weeks later. Artillery support absolutely no help. Z cable went bad. Stepper motors went bad. Mother board went bad. Z cable went bad again. Inexpensive machine not worth the headache.

Horrible customer service
BUYER BEWARE!!IF I could leave 0 Stars, I wouldExtremely bad customer support when you have issues with your machine. Spent the last 2-1/2 months trying to get service on a Artillery 3D printer that I have had for less than a year.1. Support is very slow to respond to emails (only way to reach them)2. Make you do all the diagnostics on the machine (hope you have a multimeter)3. They throw parts at the problem and charge you shipping on the parts.4 You have to replace the parts yourself.5. Sent defective parts (that I paid shipping on) and then claimed that all parts are tested before shipping, then charged shipping to resend defective part.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
