The greatest USP of this product is that it is small, handy, easy to store and less noisy and works well in short duration.It has enough suction to lift dust particles, wood dust. It has enough flow to blow dry dust off the surface.Do not keep high hopes with this. it can't pick-up concrete pieces (even mustard size stone particles) Can't blow our dust from slider door tracks.But overall I am happy with this. It is convenient in cleaning corners and inner edges of almirah, drawers. picking up dust and molens from keyboard

Seems the delivered item is defective one. It’s not working, dead after charged 2hrs later also.I’m very disappointed and I wanted to return back this and get the working one.

I was using it well, but it suddenly broke down, so I sent an email to the customer center and they helped me replace it right away. It's the first time I've taken action so quickly in my life in Canada. Anyway, I don't know why mine broke, but my other friend used it without any problems. I think the price is reasonable and good for doing nails alone or using it in a shop. I recommend :)

Edit: I previously wrote a 1 star review but they had reached out and send me 2 replacement. So overall I’m very happy with their quick respond and customer service.Old review: I am so disappointed. I bought it in September and 2 months later it’s having problems. This should not happen considering this machine is almost $100. Very sad. This machine looks so pretty and had good reviews but reviews are primarily about good customer service due to malfunctioning machines. Wish I had realized that sooner so I could save $100:(

We received this item beginning of June 2023. It seemed like a good product it is lightweight and quiet and does a good job. However after 3 months it appears the hand wand has a broken wire (?) where it connects to the main unit and only works if you wiggle the wire. I have tried to contact someone at MelodySusie or Amazon but all I get is this item is no longar eligible for return even though I was looking to see if I could get another wand or wire or whatever. Buyer beware.

my drill started malfunctioning on the wand part and would only turn on at a certain angle and that was after a couple months of having it and not many uses so i contacted the company and they gladly sent me a replacement piece. the customer service is the best i have ever received so because of that and the drill alone i love this brand.
