Need a magnifying glass. To read
Like the recipes and the pictures. Problem comes from the size of the print. I am 65 near sighted and wear bifocals and still have difficulty reading the print. Guess I will need my magnifying glass to use the book. The recipes look like they will be good.

A Great Resource
This little book is my go to for what to put in tortillas or serve with them - helps me decide how to put a meal together. I can now make my own black or pinto beans and red rice that my family really enjoys. I particularly like the recipe for slightly spicy shredded chicken and chicken broth - they are wonderful for enchiladas, quesadillas, and nachos.

Delicious recipes ahead!
Amazing recipes included in this books. Have already tried several to great result (except the tortillaa so far but that os more my tortilla presses fault than the books!) The pork carnitas recipe is AMAZING.

An enjoyable read
I enjoyed reading this cookbook. It has a lot of variety for making tortillas.

Good but some recipes are wrong
Book is colorful and has many great recipes but some are wrong and misleading to the authentic and proven process followed in Mexico to make tortillas from scratch. However, it is a good book to come up with ideas.

The media could not be loaded. Love all the inspiring recipes. Especially the sweet potato tortillas! Can’t wait to perfect making home made tortillas with my new cast iron Victoria press.
