Autotech Zone Sunshade for 2012-2023 Tesla Model S Sedan, Custom-fit Windshield Sun Shade

It fits my 2018 100D pretty well. Maybe little small, so I need to make sure it's fully tucked behind the sun visors. If I do that, I've never had it fall out.The windshield is big, so the sunvisor is big. But it is light and easy to maneuver. When I roll it up, I just toss it in the back seat footwell.The velcro strap is a little awkward. It's about a foot long and has hooks the whole way so it catches easily on itself when opening or closing. It would be better if it only had hooks on the last half. I might get some single sided loops to fix that.

This product really covers the windshield completely and snuggly but it's also easy to put into the windshield. I can't really say it reduces the heat very much because I live in the state of Florida where it's just going to be hot no matter what we do. However I am able to touch the steering wheel and any metal Parts in the car whereas in the past, I couldn't. The parts were just too hot.

The sunshade is a perfect fit for our Tesla Model S however gets extremely warm on the inside of the sunshade. In fact the inside seems to be as warm as the side next to the windshield, and overall does not seem to help much with keeping internal temperatures cooler. Also, the shade is beginning to sag in the middle and not stay in-place even with the visors down.

Works well, fits well. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s a bit bulky and cumbersome to put up/take down compared to other sunshields I’ve had in the past.

Good build. Bulky when rolled. Hard to tell top from bottom when rolled, which sometimes results in re-rolling prior to deploying.

fits Model S 100D. It is a little flimsier than one I have for my Prius. I wish I could remember what brand that one was. This one still does the job though.

It’s thick and sturdy. Great quality.

Large and cumbersome, difficult to roll and unroll inside car. Granted car has a big windshield, and needs a larger sunshade. Would prefer foil only on one side so you know which side is up and inside. Velcro strap is too long, and always gets in the way as you roll up the shade. Perhaps an accordion folding instead of rollup shade would be easier to manage.? On the plus side, it does keep the sun and heat out. Overall, not a good design.
