Perfect timing belt kit
Products was amazing, installation was a breeze. Kit was installed roughly 1 year ago or around 58k miles ago, and it’s still holding great. It fit perfectly and was priced much below other sellers, and it still provided great quality parts. The seals were of good quality as well, and I got no leaks coming from the car.

Good Product
Great items in the kit, nothing was missing. There’s a review mentioning to buy these items. 1 VVTi gear O-ring: Toyota part # 96711-31080 1 Sealing washer: Toyota part # 90210-26002 Buy it as well since it doesn’t come with it, only $7 at the Toyota dealer. No issues installing the kit . Would suggest to others

Great OEM replacement kit that has almost all the bells and whistles
This kit has pretty much everything you need for a timing belt and water pump (front/back) assembly and all main seals refresh on 2JZ motor (IS300/GS300/SC300). My only real complaint is that it does not naturally include the VVTi rebuild kit for it's seals which is a common place for oil leaks on Gen1 IS300s. I also should mention that the Gates timing belt looks has some kind of blue dye on it which does tend to flake off everywhere which is a little bit annoying but I've read that this does not affect the structural integrity of the belt. Overall still a very good all-in-one kit that I would purchase again.

Timing belt seems to be an imitation/fake. ** Review EDITED **
January 16, 2020 Seller has responded and showed information and proper identification to prove these are all authentic parts. Very good customer service and quick replies! Buy this kit with confidence!! January 15, 2020. Upon inspection of the items when delivered, everything seems to be legit TOYOTA/LEXUS parts. When I looked at the “GATES” racing timing belt, I noticed mine didn’t have the “GATES” stamp or for this specific belt “GATES RPM” Logo printed anywhere on the timing belt itself. I’m a bit worried of running a what seems to me a fake or imitation of the GATES timing belt and having it break and bending valves because of it being an interference engine. ***I have messaged APS and will update this once more clarification is available. ****

This is a good kit with quality components. Reason for 4 stars, is it really, really, really oughtta come with the o-ring in my picture, as well as the special sealing washer for the bolt that fastens the VVTi gear to the camshaft itself. VVTi gear O-ring: Toyota part # 96711-31080 Sealing washer: Toyota part # 90210-26002 This o-ring is to seal the VVTi intake cam pulley, which is highly notorious for developing a leak by about the time you need to replace the timing belt. Removing the pulley bolt cap, and then the cam pulley bolt itself is highly likely to disrupt the seal of the old crusty o ring inside - so if it's not leaking yet, it probably will once you've completed your timing belt service (especially when you pull the cam pulleys to replace your cam seals). Amazon does not allow URL's, but it's easy to find tutorials on the youtube for how to install the o-ring.
