Fits perfect and a good replacement part.
I had a problem with the coolant leaking from the original plastic part, and trying to find a replacement for it. I have checked both my local auto parts stores to see if they have it in stock, they didn't and I would be missing alot of days for work. I have found the part replacement looking on Amazon to see if one was available within the day to deliver, luckily I found one and the part being metal instead of plastic. I'd verify if the part was compatible for my car model and its good. Part came in same day just a couple of hours after placing the order, a simple switch and now the car does not have any leaks, or heat issues and its holding up well when I left the car on for about hour idling, the parts itself hold up well with the heat level that I have been stress testing it. The part basically is the same functionality as the plastic one but not being plastic, and you can still use the pre-existing gaskets and coolant reservoir line as a backup if it breaks or leaks. Part itself was a good find and good price total compared to the plastic one either being close to double in price if I had order through my local auto parts stores (delivered 2 or 3 days later). I needed a part replacement within a day and the part came in just acouple of hours after placing the order. I am relieved and satisfied that the part came in (within the same day) and solved my problem before I lost days of work. Works good, good fit and holds up well with heat and a good replacement from plastic to a metal one.

Excellent replacement part.
Ship quickly one day delivery, part is as described, the Upgraded Aluminum Coolant Housing Water Outlet is better than replacement part at a fraction of the cost. Took 30 min to install including draining and refilling coolant. Part fit well no modifications needed top install, simple tools no specialty tools needed. The part has been installed for about one month about 600 miles city and highway driving, mostly hot days (0 plus degrees). No leaks, as you can see form the video the part is dry, the area below and around the outlet are dry. The next test will be in the winter when the weather cold and the metals contract. The plastic factory part lasted about 80,000 miles, however it has been leaking for about a year, when I replaced it the upper hose mount was about to fail completely it was about 70% deteriorated, I think maybe another week or two and it would have completely failed. IF the part makes trough the cold winter with no leaks, I would say 5 stars and the part will last 100,000. Update: The weather has changed it now cold at night and warmer during the day. I thought the "cold to hot" conditions may cause leaks hower from the video you can see everywhere is dry no leaks. The real test will when it gets below freezing. Will update later.

Awesome product.
Product is exact fit. And is way better than the plastic original part. It is a bear to replace because of space.

An Actual Upgrade Worth the Effort
I wanted to wait some time before writing this review, just to give the part some actual use in my son's 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT Turbo. My son and I have become familiar with keeping this small car running. I does have it's fluid leaking challenges and in this case coolant was the issue. There are many (most?) parts in this engine that are heavy plastic that over time may fail. The engine runs very hot and we were concerned that this leaking coolant water outlet, with multiple hose connections would just fail again with a plastic OEM. Took a chance on this product. After several months, very pleased so far with it's performance and durability. It is aluminum so we are hopeful it has lasting power. We took our time putting it on and insuring a good fit with the engine block. It went on well, fit like the original and the hoses all went on as they should. The only thing difference is the top reservoir hose that comes out vertically, not the same run as the original hose and sticks up a little. It still works and after several months it does not seem to be an issue at all.

Good quality and easy installation, just be ready for higher Psi pressure after installation.
This part itself worked just fine, and seems overall much more durable and stronger than the original hard plastic one which actually had chipped on a part of it causing a slow but sure leak of coolant in my Chevy Sonic. THIS part was easy to install, made of good quality metal, and seems like it will definitely last. The only "issue" persay and something to be aware of, isn't necessarily anything to do with this piece, but rather once it was installed the added pressure of the coolant then flowing through my system (as it should), but this now new stronger PSI pressure of the fluid caused a hairline fracture to happen in my actual radiator, causing it to spew and spray out. I don't know how one can avoid it or this happening, but would suggest maybe also placing a type of sealant liquid once refilling the levels of antifreeze after this part is installed efficiently. OVERALL GOOD PART AND FAIR PRICE POINT AS WELL.

A Great Upgrade Over Plastic; O-Rings Don't Like the Sharp Edge
EDIT: Developed a leak at the o-ring after 6 months due to heat; get HNBR or EDPM instead of nitrile (see last pic). Harbor Freight has an HNBR set for like $13. This water outlet is a great upgrade over the stock plastic version. Installation went smoothly overall, but I did run into a leak at the coolant recovery hose. The issue was that the clip cutout has a sharp edge, which kept cutting the O-rings during installation. Engine oil alone wasn’t enough to help, but a little Vaseline did the trick, and I was able to source a replacement O-ring from a Harbor Freight kit. One tip: if your upper heater core hose has been exposed to oil, it’s worth replacing at the same time. Mine had turned gummy and looked like it was about to burst.
