Grunwerg Windsor Carded Soft Cheese Knife, Stainless Steel, Mirror, 22 x 2 x 0.5 cm

Bought to replace previous similar knife. Old knife had round apertures and a plastic nylon handle, after many trips through dishwasher the handle loosened and became unusable. Being fully stainless steel this one does not have the handle weakness/susceptibility. This one is a little thinner for my fat hands, but does the job well. If you don't have a dedicated cheese knife with holes/apertures you are missing out! Enjoy the ceremony of using a special knife and getting good clean slices.

Having recently bought another cheese knife with a one sided blade it cut in weird angles with the blade not being V shape - This one cuts true being a V shape and is great quality easier to clean too - you can't eat enough cheese!!

Bought to go in my motorhome as I wanted one with a short blade to fit in the drawer - this fits perfectly! Works well (the cheese doesn't stick to the blade like a solid knife), but the short blade length means you have to cut cheese on the shortest side or the handle gets stuck! Ideal if you want a knife to go with a picnic set or posh cheese gift.

I have used this a few times on Soft Cambozola Cheese & it works much better than a flat knife, much less sticking. The knife if not to heavy either.

Cheap, flimsy and not fit for use.

This knife easilly cuts hard cheeses for things like sandwiches and cheese on toast, wish i got one years ago.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this knife given the purchase price, it’s nicely balanced and comfortable to handle and use, arrived promptly and well packaged .

hat zwar einen Wellenschliff, ist aber trotzdem total stumpf und reisst bei Camembert oder Brie die ganze Oberfläche durch. Kommt aus England, die schneiden wohl nur schlabberweichen Cheddar damit....
