Great stuff!
While as other reviews have pointed out the quality is much less than the previous dvd, these are hard to find and it saves you from jumping through the many many many youtube videos. Many of those are wonderful but it is handy to have a simple instructional basic DVD to work with without the need for internet!Where I practice has no data/phone reception and it will be handy to bring my laptop out there instead of trying to practice in a small flat and then outside with no way to check back on things.I really do recommend buying this!It may be a bit grainy but we are not watching a movie, so keep it in mind what it is you want from a dvd like this.
