I got 2 !!!
Sometimes words will lead you to a bad light, but your eyes will tell you the truth. This dashcam is very professionally done, both physically and the software inside. It was very easy to set up. The way the screens are laid out makes it intuitive to usethe submenu’s for the setup. The video images are phenomenal in all 3 aspect ratiosof this camera. Other dashcams I’ve had have you pushing button after button todo the easiest of tasks. The F8 has an easy-to-use touch screen that makes everyfunction easily available, even for us fat-fingered people. The only drawback Ihad was with the GPS enabled 3M stick-on mounting system. Only came with 1 moresticky pad in case you make a mistake or want to move it.That brings me to customer service and CSA Cathy. Best CSA EVER!I received an email after I ordered the F8, offering a parking-feature-enable cable for tryingtheir products. Since both that parking cable and a GPS enabled suction-cup mount wasavailable on their web site, comparably priced, I asked if they would swap the parking cablefor the suction-cup mount. Not a problem I was told. All the correspondence was donein emails. Cathy never let a day go by without an answer to what questions I had.So while I waited a couple days for the mount to arrive, I played around with all the settings.I got so impressed with this dashcam, I ordered a second one for my wife’s car the next day.I emailed Cathy and asked about a second suction-cup mount, and she sent me another.Since the manufacturer and/or seller is in China, when you write an email today, you get areply tomorrow. Cathy didn’t miss one turn-around with an answer. This dash cam is well worth anyone’s buy. I’ve tried their app with an S21+ 5G Samsung, andit paired up and transferred data without a problem. You can change configs of the camerafrom the app I think, but I haven’t tried that yet. I mean really, why. I’ve already set it up.The camera supplies it’s own 5G WiFi for your phone to pick up. Seems to be prettystable. I just bought the front dashcam for now, but I’m leaning toward a rear cam too.So that’s it. I’d buy the F8 again. You can spend more on a product that doesthe same functions as the RedTiger F8 does, get the same 4K videos, maybe a touch-screen,maybe WiFi, maybe so-so customer service. Save some bucks and get quality.

Straight forward install
I recently installed the REDTIGER 4K Dash Cam, and so far, I'm really happy with it. The installation was straightforward, and the camera powered up without any issues. The 3.18'' touch screen is responsive, and the on-screen functions work well, making it easy to navigate through settings. The 4K video quality is impressive, and the night vision feature helps capture clear footage even in low-light conditions. I also appreciate the built-in GPS and the wide 160° angle, which covers a lot of the road. The 5G Wi-Fi app control is a nice bonus, although I’m still getting the hang of using the app. Overall, it's been a solid dash cam so far, and I’m looking forward to fully exploring all its feature

Great little camera
I have the front and rear dash cam. And I love this camera. It has great quality video. And easy to use app. Shows speed and location on videos when in the app. The only complaint i have is the swivel mount works loose sometimes, and I have tightened it so much I stopped the allen head out. So I glued it in place with gel super. But I would definitely buy again

Great quality
Excellent video, the app makes it easy to download videos quickly and videos can be edited (trim length, remove sound, add music) in the app.

SD cards from camera are unreadable on computer.
I had a Redtiger F7N and this past summer bought 2 new F8s. I order the same high end 256gb sd cards. Just recently I needed to look at the video. The computer said the disk was not readable. I tried all my 256gb and 128gb cards in both of the F8s. I could format them in the camera and it recorded but the computer could not read the disk. I tried the 32gb card that came with the F8 and it worked fine recording and reading it on the computer. I used the 32gb to update firmware in the F8, but the issue remains. When I formatted the cards on my computer using the Fat32 the camera requires me to reformat when I turned it on. I ran speed tests on all the cards in the cameras. The speed tests were fine. I am stuck. The cameras are within warranty but I am concerned that this is an issue with the F8. Has anyone else had similar problems with the F8?

Great video quality and easy to use!!
We originally purchased one for the motorhome to use as a dash cam and were so happy with the product that we bought a second one for the jeep. We like the picture quality and the fact that we can access the images/videos via an app you can install on your phone. The fact that it also records direction, gps location and speed is a huge bonus.

Ok but difficult controls
The camera works fine and it's easy to turn on / start but the set up is a pain. The app only works if it's close to the camera and connected via wifi (what's the point). Changing the settings via the camera touch screen is impossible. It's ok for the price but certainly others are better.
