Ordered the Premium package After reviewing other reviews of how it arrived, was packaged, broken, not working, etc I wondered did I waste my money. My entire system came like new: every item was individually boxed and the console was wrapped in styrofoam wrapping. ( Console, headphones, controller, dbl charger, and each cord: HDMI, dbl charger cord, extra cord for wireless charger (individually bagged) No scratches on anything. It looked brand new. So far it is working good. With the Premium Bundle there is a one year warranty. Hopefully I won’t have to use it.

The PS4 received on the second or the 3rd of April was set up and ran for approximately 1 hour before the HDMI port failed. After that there is no video signal but still had sound. So tested the PS4 to conclude that the HDMI port had indeed failed testing it on two different TVs and three different inputs. So started return on the 4th of April 2025 and it was received at the Phoenix Arizona return facility as of 2:30 p.m. the 7th of April 2025 and when I called to check on the status of my refund I was informed that it could take anywhere from 7 days to 30 days to receive my refund. To be honest I called BS because it should not take that long. So please seller, contact Amazon and get this situation resolved because I should not have to wait almost 30 days to get my money back when they've received the PS4 ViA UPS

Works perfectly! Looks perfect! It was packaged amazingly well with bubble wrap. There was no room for movement or damage in the box.

Para latinoamerica, es necesario q sepan q este paquete de ps4 es de 100 w por lo q necesita un transformador de corriente de 220/110 con 10A de lo contrario quemaran la ps4. Ver q la corriente de tu pais sea la q la play necesita

Todo llegó súper bien el play funciona a la perfección lo único que no me gustó fue los audífonos que llegaron no me trajo las esponjas de los oídos de lo contrario todo llegó bien.

I knew this was refurbished, not sure what I expected but it came shipped loosely in a brown box like it came directly from a customer. Not professional at all. There was no documentation or set up manuals. The controller is non Sony and is not working, even after charging for 2 hours. I ordered new controllers and hoping that will help. Will update review when they arrive.
