The PS4 received on the second or the 3rd of April was set up and ran for approximately 1 hour before the HDMI port failed. After that there is no video signal but still had sound. So tested the PS4 to conclude that the HDMI port had indeed failed testing it on two different TVs and three different inputs. So started return on the 4th of April 2025 and it was received at the Phoenix Arizona return facility as of 2:30 p.m. the 7th of April 2025 and when I called to check on the status of my refund I was informed that it could take anywhere from 7 days to 30 days to receive my refund. To be honest I called BS because it should not take that long. So please seller, contact Amazon and get this situation resolved because I should not have to wait almost 30 days to get my money back when they've received the PS4 ViA UPS

Ordered the Premium package After reviewing other reviews of how it arrived, was packaged, broken, not working, etc I wondered did I waste my money. My entire system came like new: every item was individually boxed and the console was wrapped in styrofoam wrapping. ( Console, headphones, controller, dbl charger, and each cord: HDMI, dbl charger cord, extra cord for wireless charger (individually bagged) No scratches on anything. It looked brand new. So far it is working good. With the Premium Bundle there is a one year warranty. Hopefully I won’t have to use it.

works slow i thought these was thoroughly checked and it’s got a sticker of some sort around it. the hdmi cord broke same day on christmas because it was my sons present so waiting for hdmi cord now in the mail
