I’m giving this 4 stars because I have been buying this from form for years. Excellent quality but the last two purchases I have had a short count on the pills inside. They are 60 count and one had 45 and the other had 51

Started taking almost 2 years ago. I am someone who often did not sleep well through the night due to tossing and turning. I usually take my vitamins at night & this was no exception. By third night I was sleeping solidly through the night. When I don't take it tossing/turning returns. This has been my personal experience. Secondly, my lab work was markedly improved; cholesterol, glucose, Chem 7 all blood work showed significant improvement; all within normal limits. 2 years on just had labs drawn in May, few months ago, still all within range. Everything seemed to be fine with this purchase, but I didn’t keep taking it because the taste kept coming back up on me. I tried eating something after I took it, but that didn’t help.
