Size
I'm a solid size 10 I ordered 43/44 9.5 / 10.5 as advertized. opened the box the razed rubber on the fins showed 8.5/9.5 ? Looked like kids toys fins? The foot pockets are bigger the the size indictated, so they run big. I will wear neoprene fin socks. They fit fine without the socks (little loose) I don't like loose fins. The quality is excellent and they are comfortable and work well. I need build up my leg muscles for bigger fins. Yes another pool toy but I wouldn't hesitate to pack them for the ocean.

Super comfortable, good size, good workout
I bought these to replace a pair of Aqua Sphere Alpha fins I had had for ten years. I liked how light and soft they were (being made out of Croc material), but apparently they shrink in hot cars, and I swim before work and don't want to have to carry my swim bag in to the office with me, so as mine shrank, they gave me foot cramps until I could no longer jam my feet into them. I just tried out the new Cressi fins and I like them. COMFORT: The black rubber that holds your feet in the fin is very soft and comfortable. I wear a 10.5/11 US men's shoe, and I ordered the 43/44 fin, which is the right size for me. I don't have to strain to get them on, but they don't feel like they're going to slip off, and I had no trouble keeping them on during flip turns. Though your foot is surrounded by the soft black rubber for comfort, part of the stiff blue material extends under your foot, so they don't want to fold and slip off your foot. That's smart. PULL TABS: I'd never seen this on a fin before, but it's brilliant. The soft black rubber on the heel cup was surprisingly low on my heel. I thought this would make it more likely to slip off, but it didn't (see above). The black rubber is shaped into a little tab extending away from your heel. You can just grab the tab and pull your fin off, rather than have to snake a thumb into the heel cup to grip it. SIZE: The overall length of the Cressi is about the same as the Alpha fins, though the Cressis don't taper at the end. So they are a little more bulky in my swim bag, but still fit much better than full length SCUBA fins. WEIGHT: These are a little heavier than the Alpha fins, but hopefully will not shrink in my car. I still wouldn't say these are heavy fins. WORKOUT: Did not get foot cramps, and it felt like I was kicking from my hips rather than my knees, so I'd say they were good for training. I'm no longer a sprinter, so I'm not concerned with something that'll allow me to practice with a high kick count. I don't know if these would be good for that or not, but they were good for just plugging away doing laps with a kickboard or on my back, and they definitely weren't like floppy SCUBA fins where you have to kick super slowly while they flex.

For pool exercise only - not suitable for snorkeling
We bought this for a snorkeling trip in Thailand and Indonesia. I know the title says Pool fins, but the photos show snorkeling activity, so we decided to get a pair because they are the lightest available on Amazon anyway. Pluses: - They are comfortable to wear. The soft rubber fits well, and even on a long day of snorkeling, they don't hurt whatsoever - As mentioned, they are light, so perfect for traveling Minus: - Well, these are truly more for pool exercise. They work ok on a super calm water, but with any current whatsoever, I ended up having to kick frantically to have any chance of beating the current. In fact, they were only slightly better than not wearing any fins at all. For comparison, we have another pair of short fins by US Diver that work much much better. To be fair, the US Diver fins are slightly heavier and not as comfortable on the feet.

Made in Italy, can’t beat that
Quality fins, too bad my kid coach want him to have a long one. I’ll keep them for myself

Small and lightweight for traveling
I have bought multiple pairs of fins for snorkeling trips over the years. These have so far been my favorite fit for traveling. Not only were they comfortable and easy to put on, the shorter fin should make it much easier to take on and off in the water. They are small and lightweight, perfect for packing away for a flight. I don’t think I would use them for a deep sea scuba diving trip but for snorkeling around the beach, they are great.

Really comfortable fins, especially if you have wide feet.
I wear a women's size 10, and have a wide foot with a high instep. These swim fins are so comfortable! They're easy to get on and off. The only thing that I might change is to make them a little shorter in the length of the fin because they're a little difficult to use if doing flip turns (which I don't do.) But for regular lap swimming, they're awesome! You could also wear them in the ocean for snorkeling. The rubber of the boot is soft enough to be comfortable, yet sturdy enough through the fin that they hold up to some strong kicking and bend just enough through the fin to assist in your swim stroke/kick. I highly recommend these swim fins!

Swim fins
These are great work out fins. This is my second pair. First pair lasted about 6 years. They are light weight. I have very wide feet with high insteps. The slip on foot pocket is very comfortable. Excellent for pool workouts or easy snorkeling.
