Awesome product
Awesome mirror but had to return because it was the wrong type, given as a gift.

Broken
The image quality is great but that’s pretty much it. The buttons and the screen did not respond to anything. Even after turning it off and turning it on.Also some key features on the screen will not click and it is pretty much useless to use.I checked the manual to see if I can fix the mirror but the manual is hard to understand since some of the English doesn’t make sense or the information isn’t provided.

Product failed after 8 months
Sad to report that the product failed after 8 months and there is no easy way for me to contact the seller or company to request for assistance or support. Besides the failure, the product did perform well and provided good video images from the front and rear cameras.

Clarity and Visability
Night time vision is not too clear and all you can see is mostly fuzzy white because of headlights and when backing up there is no guidelines.

Product fell apart with in a year
Product fell apart with in a year. After i reinstalled the ribbon cable and snaped it back together . Yep it fell apart again 6/26/19. Im done with this priloduct :(
