Bought name brand filter for $50 and it was barely dripping water then got a replacement one and the same thing happened .. So I researched this one and it works fantastic water runs faster and a fraction of the price

So excited to have found a 3pk at the lowest price (would say ‘decent,’ but I didn’t want to spend any money so there’s that LOL). Just arrived, remove my filter, attempt to put this filter in, goes in fine, but not enough to close the filter door. Noticed that the body is shorter than the everydrop brand filter, but the little handle makes up the missing space (not a good thing here). Wondering what I did wrong, I remove it, put my back old filter, the filter catches on the door and pulls it closed (as it should). This filter did not do that, nor does the door close all the way. Came to the reviews, found numerous ones with the same issue. Going back tomorrow.If you have a Whirlpool side-by-side WRS315SDHM09 which uses a filter 1 compatible w EDR1RXD1/EDR1RXD1B, this filter is NOT for you despite the ad stating that it is.

The product is well made. Its instructions for choosing the correct model are clear and specific. Installing it is easy. It's exactly what I wanted.
