EASYTO USE BUT,AS I LIVE ON A HILL I FIND IT RUNS AWAY .iT COULD DO WITH A BRAKE,THE INSULATED POCKET IS VERY HANDY,AGAIN BUT,IT IS TOO NARROW AND DEEP,IF YOU HAVE A PIZZA BOX OR BULKY ITEM IT IS DIFFICULT TO USE.IF YOU HAVE A BACK PROBLEM IT IS VERY LOW DOWN TO PUT THINGS IN.THE HANDLE COULD BE A BIT LONGER,OK IF YOU ARE UNDER 5'ft 2" but if taller it is hard to stand upright.It could also do with a pocket on the back for purse and shopping list.Overall a good product but could have been thought out a bit better
