Perfect Prevail Underwear
These underwear fit very well they are stretchy which gives me a nice fit. The leg hole is tight which prevents leakage but not enough to feel uncomfortable. The moisture wicking prevents a person from sweating andabsorbs the urine nicely.

These are great for my mom who has dementia. We've been using them for a while with no leaking issues, and they are a comfortable fit for her.

Works fine for day, not so much at night
Provides decent protection, but not strong enough to keep you from getting up and changing during the night. Excellent during the day when you can get to the bathroom faster.

Preval pre-fit are the best buy for your money. They are comfortable to wear and do not irritate your skin. I had used other preval products along this line but they really made me break out really bad. These do not. I was happy to find these they fit well without that huge diaper feel. Agreat buy for the money.

Difficult return policy
Well made product but after subscribing to receive 80/mo. I developed a skin sensitivity to the material. I was unable to return them for a full refund within the allotted time, as Prevail’s return was difficult to navigate through. I have switched brands to a latex free garment.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT THE BEST FIT - LEG OPENING IS TOO BIG AND DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY - WAIST BAND IS TOO SHORT AND LEAVES A LOT OF ROOM FOR LEAKAGE, ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS MOBILITY ISSUES - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT - VERY CHEAPLY MADE AND NOT NEAR AS ABSORBENT AS OTHER BRANDS ON THE MARKET
