Edit on 4/15/2020: Be sure to find out if the seller is shipping 1615 or 1615A. We have started to receive 1615A which are a slightly uncomfortable tighter fit and slightly thinner padding than the older version. No accidents recently soI cannot not rate the absorbancy on the thinner padding. The 1615 were very absorbent.These fit very well for my mom's size. When we had tried drugstore brands like Depends they all were very tight in spots and uncomfortable for her even though we used their sizing charts and bought the appropriate sizes.She had a hospital stay and I asked what they use because they seemed so much better than the drugstore ones. They gave me the name of this brand and I bought these when we got home.They fit her in every way and were so comfortable that she wore them for weeks without complaint until she felt confident enough to go back to regular panties. I would definitely buy these again.

My dad was happy with what I ordered for him a few month ago. Now I clicked "buy again," and the product is different and fits differently. The initial purchase was "men's" and now it is "unisex." The fit is different; my dad doesn't like it. If it the product changes it should not be possible to "buy again." I didn't "buy again;" I bought an unknown quantity... Bait and switch... :(

Good product

Well, the main reason for getting these was for bowel incontinence. It seems that these are definitely not designed for that... These DO NOT HOLD POOP. At all. Every time there was an incontinence issue (usually on the way to the bathroom), these adult diapers just let it ALL go out both sides. GROSS!!!!!!!!!Why even wear anything at all?I also bought the Prevail and Attends brands to compare. The Prevail is EXCELLENT. Holds everything, every time. Clean, easy, saves a lot of headache. Haven't tried the Attends just yet. Will let you know.Oh, also, the bag pictured is NOT the bag you get (strange?) and these DO NOT have a "back" label, so you never can quite tell which way it goes on. My guess is that there is no front or back. DON'T BUY! Unless your problem is just a leaky bladder. Not sure how these work for that.

The absorbency

Purchased these for my mom in law. Just like the ones she had at rehab which she liked. Could not find anything comparable in stores and these cost much less.

These briefs are comfortable for my husband and are great for absorbency. The price was also great. We ;have been using this product for over a year and always buy it online.
