Wonderful resource for family discipleship.
"Little Habits, Big Faith" is such a wonderful resource. Christie Thomas has an amazing way of simplifying family discipleship and empowering parents and caregivers to share their faith with their children by building simple habits of faith into their daily lives. Prayers before meals or a blessing before bed may not seem like much, but those kinds of little faith habits matter and can grow into so much more. She shares relatable experiences with her own children as well as testimonies from other parents about how easy, little habits have shaped their own families and helped their children's faith to grow and flourish, and she gives practical steps for building little faith habits into your own unique family and making them stick. Family discipleship doesn't have to be hard or boring or forced. With little habits, it can slide in easily as a seamless part of everyday life. This book will help you make that happen. I cannot recommend it more.

Helping your family's faith grow with incredibly doable ways
I'm currently finishing up this book and it has been so phenomenal! This book has really encouraged and given me such wonderful, simplified suggestions for ways to build up our family's faith growing habits! These suggestions are so doable and Christie breaks them down to help you understand not only that they will work but why they'll work and how you're probably already doing these types of habits in other areas of your life! She then goes on to build up step by step how to continue growing your family's faith growing habits and how to pass it along and make it personal to your children! I'm so blessed to have come across this book and absolutely highly recommend to anyone and everyone wanting to grow in their faith and be apart of building up your family's faith!

Little Habits, Big Faith made an immediate impact in our home
I have a renewed and refreshed vision for discipling my children after reading Little Habits, Big Faith. Christie's approach and writing are inviting, accessible, and incredibly applicable no matter where you are at in your own faith walk and family. Her analogies are memorable and biblical application is solid and spot on. After raising, home educating, and discipling my children for years, and running a children's ministry, this is the book I needed to read. It has helped me simplify my approach and take advantage of the organic, everyday moments in which we can guide our children to Christ. The morning after I began reading (and read half the book), I was prompted to sit and read a devotion with my kids which turned into a sweet time and conversation. Little Habits, Big Faith will have an immediate impact on families because the habits and strategy encouraged are so accessible and simple. I really appreciate the reflection questions and areas to draft and dream for what a vibrant faith family can look like. This is a must read for every parent, grandparent, and children's ministry leader.

A freeing and refreshing resource for parents!
Doable. That’s the word that kept coming to mind while reading this book. Thomas takes the responsibility of discipleship and breaks it down into less than 60-second habits, then builds from that foundation. Don’t stop reading after the last chapter; the appendixes offer a treasure trove of ideas and resources. What a freeing and refreshing book for parents (and grandparents) who want to confidently pass on their faith to their children.

Refreshing and encouraging
As a homeschooling parent of two young boys, I often worry that I’m not doing enough to make a difference in discipline my children. Little Habits, Big Faith was just the encouragement I needed to realize that the small things I do with my boys do have a big impact, and that I don’t have to have a social media worthy “perfect” family worship routine for my boys to grow in their faith walk. This book is full of practical application and encouragement for parents, caregivers, and ministry leaders.

Inspiring!
Finally, a Christian parenting book that won’t leave you feeling like you’re not doing enough!Christie Thomas writes in a conversational style that feels like have a cup of tea with a friend. A friend who knows that we long to lead our kids to Jesus but we feel like we are falling short, and who continually reminds us that God is in control. God can do SO MUCH with our humble offerings and He loves our kids even more than we do.Based on the idea of weaving tiny habits into the fabric of our busy, day-to-day lives, Christie Thomas shows us how these little steps, like saying a quick blessing over our kids at bedtime, or turning on worship music in the car, can pay huge dividends over time - like planting a seed in the garden and trusting that God will germinate it and make it grow. This book offers ideas to apply at many ages and stages of parenting, from babies up to teens, or even beyond. If your own faith is already strong, or if you’re trying to grow it right alongside your kids, you will find value in this book. There’s always space for a tiny faith habit that could blossom into something beautiful!
