This might be my first product review on Amazon. I thought the services and experience with this product is worth a review. Background: I wanted to get a Smart Bidet Toilet without breaking the breaking the Bank. Did extensive reviews and visited several premium stores in Canada to review the different products in the market. EPLO being sold primarily online could not be found in any of the stores in Canada that I visited. I reviewed Kholer and Toto toilets, there were sold for way more price than EPLO. Upon very detailed review I observed that the premium brands do not offer anything different to what EPLO offers. The fact is that you will get more technology from the EPLO G20PRO at a fraction of the price you wil get the well known brands for. It is no brainer to go for EPLO. Also i reviewed the EPLO against other brands that are of similar class and popularity as the EPLO. I favoured going for the EPLO because I feel it has all the complete set of offering I was looking for. Below are the things I drove my decision for the EPLO. And my experience so far; 1. The Seat is very comfortable - flat and made of good quality material. It works as advertised e.g heated and e.t.c 2. Premix Rinse - Before i bought this I could not find this in the spec sheet of the product. But on using it, it does have it. Once you seat on the toilet it pours a small rinse of water - this prevent stickiness. 3. Flush is very effective - Flushes well such that you dont need to clean too much. My wife have stopped complaining i dont clean up well after use. I think the blue light help you see that you have cleaned up well. 4. Remote- is very easy to use. 5. Foot sensor - works well. Walk close and it opens. As a guy you dont need to touch anything. Just use your foot to open the lid after the seat open - pee and then use your foot to close the lid. The seat will close immediately afterwards and do a light flush after peeing. 6. Looks - Elegant and I get lots of compliment for it. Services - I contacted the Eplo service team before I bought the product to learn more about it. I must say, they were the most professional team i contacted and were very helpful. At the time i was buying the G20PRO was new and not available in Canada. I search for how to ship it from USA to Canada. The service team at EPLO were very responsive and supported me all through the process. So far my3months experience have been great with the 2nos toilet i got. One for my guest toilet and 1 for one for my master bedroom - Every guest I get wants to buy one. This toilets are well priced now and I think it is only a matter of time for conventional toilets to be out of the market. When you use this, there is not going back.

Purchased this product for our guest bathroom and haven’t looked back. My family loves it. Guests love it. I’ve even shared the link with a few people who were going to make the change themselves. The seat is warm. The lid and seat go up by themselves. The kick function is super cool. Self cleansing. Night light. Bidet for her. Bidet for the kids. Auto flush. Remote control. Pump assist. It’s got it all for a great price. On another note, the customer service is great. I was in need of a replacement remote. I sent an email to EPLO service. They responded quickly and sent me a new one in a few days for $35 shipping included. Thank you EPLO!!! Might just have to change the rest of the fixtures in the house soon….

I've been using this smart toilet for a month now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The design is sleek, the build quality feels solid, and all the features work flawlessly. Kind of weird to say I am very excited and could not wait to install a TOILET after I received it. Had some doubt about all the function but was pleasantly surprised that everything works and didn't require much of a change in settings. We had to purchase flange extension kit and make some adjustment to make the screws connect to the bracket on the sides, so it did take us longer to install, otherwise, installation was pretty straight forward. We tested the manual flush first before plugging in and I was holding my breath hoping everything works. It did...seats are warm, the auto open/close works, the night light add some nice touch for the middle of the night visit to the toilet, remote works very well. The auto flush is doing its job quite well. The seat sensor detect the time you sit on it, less than 1 minute, it does the half flush, longer than 1 minute, it does the full flush. So far, all is clean without the need of second flush or brushing the toilet bowl which is very nice, can't say that with my old toilet. And the washing....it's on point...LOL... and luke warm water is very nice and it does a good job cleaning, of course, you still need to wipe a bit a bit but compare to the toilet paper used before, it's a big difference. The drying is ok, unless you want to sit there for much longer, probably more efficient to use a bit of toilet paper to wipe. So my experience so far has been great, can't say about whether it will last as it is just a few days old. I hope it does... Seller has been responsive, I asked about accessories to connect the toilet so I can prepare and they response within a day. I bought it with Black Friday sale and the price was lowered still after just a few days and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. I am very happy with the purchase, its not cheap for a toilet but much lower than the brand name ones and so far the functions work very well with good customer service. Will come back to post if anything warrant a change in this rating.

I am very happy with my purchase of the G20Pro model. First of all, the customer service I received was exceptional. I had many questions for EPLO customer service before making the purchase, as I wanted to replace a smart toilet I bought last year that had several problems, including the most annoying one of all: ineffective flushing. They were very patient and always answered my questions quickly. They even recommended the G20Pro model to meet all my requirements. As for the toilet itself, I am very pleased with its performance. The water pressure in my house is around 40 psi, and my previous tankless smart toilet couldn’t clear waste in one flush (multiple flushes were often required), which was very frustrating. The G20Pro, however, with its internal tank and new tornado flushing system, has no issues with flushing at all. All the standard features work well, and the sensors are accurate. The seat cover opens automatically as you approach, unlike my previous toilet, which didn’t always respond. The energy-saving mode is also very useful, a feature I didn’t have before. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Finally, we can enjoy the comfort and automation a smart toilet is supposed to bring to our lives. Highly recommended! Thanks to the EPLO support team.

After installation, we had a minor technical issue, but the Eplo technical support team provided one of the fastest responses we’ve ever experienced in an online purchase. Within just 2 hours, we exchanged five emails and resolved the problem. Their service and professionalism were outstanding. I would highly recommend this smart toilet. You won’t regret it—unless you’re someone who doesn’t like enjoying life.
