Best heat patches for pelvic pain!!!
I suffer from severe and chronic pelvic pain from Endometriosis. Having heat on the area where it hurts most makes me able to move around and get some relief from pain. I have used Thermacare menstrual patches FOREVER! I thought they were the best, until I tried these! First, these patches get warm, but not so warm it makes your skin sweat and causes burns and burn marks, which Thermacare patches did to me all the time. Second, these come in two patches per pack, i stick two of them together and stick inside my pants and they NEVER bunch up and the adhesive never wears off, whereas Thermacare ones were always bunching/crumpling up and always falling off. And last thing is price! $20 for 40 patches is incredible compared to $8 for 3 Thermacare patches. I found these in a desperate search because of the cost of Thermacare and tired of being burned all the time. These patches are wonderful at helping my pain, they stay on, never burn me; they help me very much in my battle with pelvic pain. Tip: I take both out the package and lay one over the other to form this nice round patch and it covers a good area where my pain is the worst and stay there all day! If you suffer from pelvic pain or cramps, DEFINITELY give these a try!!!!

Good patches
Patches heat enough to reduce the pain, even though they don't get very hot and the thermal effect just lasts about 8 hours. Also, they should be packed individually, since the other patch left in the bag has to go to waste without being used because it's still gets activated with air.

I use them on my knee joints
I use one package with two curved pads and put one on one knee and other on the other knee, I put one on like a horse shoe pointed ends pointed up and around knee. It not only puts heat on the knee but helps support the knee joint as well. Sometimes I use paper tape to hold it more secure as I bend my knee so much it tends to sometimes not hold as well. I would like to see more adhesive on patch if possible. What a relief to my aching knees. I hope they could make them for this purpose only as their is no other patch shaped like this. Maybe send me some packages for my new idea for use. lol

Did not even get warm! Do not waste your money.
Barely even gets warm. Waste of money. I would have returned, but tried a few of them to see if maybe they would work. Did not work at all

Didn't last as long as I'd hoped, but better than nothing
These were OK? The shapes made it weird to get them attached, and they definitely didn't get as warm as I'd hoped or last as long. I had to apply a second get a little after midday - so closer to the 4 hours than the 4-6 the packaging said. Still it's better than nothing, and they were much less expensive than the thermacare ones I've bought in the past.

Works better as a hand warmer to be honest.
Maybe I'm different but the warmth was barely noticeable and I really had to press it up against myself to feel anything. It was also kind of awkward to place it on my pubic area where the cramping was bad. I had to keep shifting it around. It's easy to use, however, so that's a plus. I'd recommend it more as something to stick in your pocket on cold days so that your hands stay warm. But for cramp relief? Nah, it's not too good.

Great alternative to more expensive ThermaCare patches!
Great product! I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the ThermaCare patches and these work really well. I like that I can place them exactly where I want. They don’t get as hot as the ThermaCare patches but they’re a lot less bulky so I don’t feel as self-conscious wearing them. Definitely going to keep buying these! Also, big shout-out to Sharon in Marketing whose hilarious email prompted me to write this review. I honestly do like these patches, but I have a bad habit of not writing reviews. So thanks for making me smile today; I hope this makes you all smile too!

Great deal, great product
I was very pleased with this product since I get extremely painful cramps while on my time of the month. I received this item on the last day of my lady time and it helped me feel comfortable enough to be able to sleep throughout the night which I normally wouldn’t be able to. You really do get a good deal for your money. Highly recommended.

I loved this! Not enough in one pack. Used then all in under a month. They are amazing for when you have bad cramps or just a stomach ache but you cant cancel everything and cuddle up in your bed.
