Can this be used on Slope ceiling

Yes, it can, depending on the ceiling you might have to order a longer downrod.

Can I operate with Alexa or place an in-line device to operate lights (on/off/dim) and fan on/off? Creative workarounds if needed??

I purchased the Bond receiver so i can now control through alexa, but it only comes on to the last setting you had it set on, memorizing the last setting

What kind of bulbs does this take? Will it fit a Philips hue bulb?

All bulbs with Edison screw E26, however LED vintage bulbs are included.

can this be used outdoors on a covered porch?

I would say not...due to the fact that the fan acts automatically to your thermostat and when the blades are out if there is wind they could potentially be damaged. It is also a little hard to clean the blades due to the fact that you have to use a ladder to pull the blade out to clean.
