My go to syrup for old fashion, we have also used it for waffles/pancakes in a pinch if we’re out of maple. We originally saw them using this at heritage distilling (PNW major distiller) in their old fashions so we started using it.

Tastes like pure sugar like it was just made; no aftertaste; very good. The consistency is on the thicker side. Will probably mix well in a hot drink, but it is way too thick to work with a chilled cocktail.
