I think it is an updated one as has the new colours starting from 01 to 35 and those nu bers have dot after the number.

Q: What do the number codes mean above each column on the colour chart. I just dont understans them.

The numbers refer to the shade of each colour. these numbers are on each shank of cotton. so if you are do a a piece of embroidery that uses a pacific colour this will as so have a number too, which is the number next to it.
