Tru-SpecShirt, 24-7 Grid Fleece Job, Navy, Large

The only reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is it has vertical pattern that is a unusual. Not a bad thing, just different. Reminds me of sharkskin suit from the 90's. I know that doesn't sound like a compliment for a job-shirt but it has grown on me and I really like it. I've tried most other job-shirt brands ( 5.11..... ) and would never go back. Mainly because of the material. Wrinkle resistant and hasn't faded even though I probably have washed it 100 times. A 5.11 Navy would have faded to purple by now and sleeves frayed.

Surprisingly comfortable to wear. Great for working out doors and moving around a lot. Sized perfectly for what you would expect.

Wear it to work over a light turtleneck during 25-45 degree weather very warm.

I work nights. Love the size and how it keeps me warn all year around. Plus it doesn't ride up in the back when I need to do some heavy lifting. Waist band is loose fitting and fits well.

I purchased this job shirt instead of the standard 5.11 job shirt i would wear as a paramedic on duty. The 5.11 job shirt has been a part of my uniform for the last 6 years and is fantastic, it is however very expensive. I thought this may be a good alternative to the 5.11, that is not the case. The material is actually quite comfortable and breathable and all the bells and whistles that go with a job shirt are there, i.e. mic clips, pen or light sleeve, chest pocket and hand warmer pockets as well. The problem that i have with this job shirt is the design. It looks like a golf sweater as far as the look of the actual material. If that was the only issue though that would still warrant wearing it every now and then. The cut of the sweater is horrible. I usually wear a very form fitting 5.11 job shirt in XL, great fit and roomy where you need it to be. This job shirt fits really weirdly. The arms are very tight, and the torso is made for someone that is probably an XXL. To give you an idea on how baggy it is, you could basically fit an entire watermelon in front of your stomach, not good. I basically have this job shirt in my locker as a back up just in case my uniform gets dirty throughout the night and i need a change. I would not recommend this product if you are in EMS or FIRE.

Great fit, perfect weight for use alone or layering. Not a fan of handwarmer pockets on job shirts but otherwise love this.

Awesome job shirt. Looks good very comfortable. Was amazed that for a straight polarfleece it would be less than comfy with a short sleeve shirt under it. I was wrong. Fits per size and very comfortable
