This product was described as "NEW", but it's clearly not. Very disappointed. I couldn't contact you because I actually shipped this item out of the country to a family member but he has had issues with this phone since the very first day. So much problems with it that he actually does not use it any more and just got another cell phone. The battery is no good, and when it is "100% charged" it turns off by itself after just a few minutes. After changing the battery with a new one it still randomly restarts itself. When sending out text messages, it randomly starts typing letters that the user didn't type, same with calls (picks numbers by itself).He took it to a Samsung authorized repair shop and he was told "this was a refurbished device". DO NOT DESCRIBE IT AS A NEW PRODUCT IF IT IS NOT!!! At the same time, the fix was more expensive than just getting a new phone...I will never buy from this seller in the future. What a shame.
