Unfortunately I received a defected hoop. Once I clicked it all into place it kept coming apart after about 4-5 seconds and damaged my wooden floor :( so I will be sending this back.I'm sure if it worked as it should it would of been a great product.

I have now had this product for a month. Delivery took about a week. Instructions were in foreign but that didn't matter as it's easy to put together. It is big and I found the weight to be ok. Found this extremely hard to use when first recieved it. Couldn't keep it up for more than two spins and boy did it hurt, I was covered in bruises! So I started wearing a thick cardigan and persevered, gradually increasing the time minute by minute every couple of days. I can now do half an hour and have shed the thick cardigan! And lost the bruises! I don't think I would buy this product again, I think I would go for a weighted hula hoop without the magnets on it.

I would deffinitelly recomend this hula hoop to others. yes it does hurt and bruise pretty badly in the beginning, but bruises go away and never return. :) you just have to get used to it. love the weight of it, flexible knobly bits and metal connections. I just bought 1 cheaper other make hula hoop as a present, tried it, found it too light (800g compared to this 1200g), also knobly bits are hard plastic and connections are plastic, unlike on this one. so deffinitelly very happy I chose this one over others.

Good and fast delivery, very prompt response from the seller. Although I've returned the magnetic hula hoop, I had no problem with the refund. Can't say too much about the hula hoop - maybe it was the wrong choice from me (need not so heavy one maybe) but the all service is very good.

i bought this item, easy to put the long pieces together, just arrow to an arrow, much harder to push in the massaging points and need a tool or strong hands, it works and hurts the first week until you learn how to move ( with more effort) to control the power of the hula hoop. good for people size 14+. I am size 12 and loosing my abdomal fat realy quickly, just 3 times a week is enough or it hurts, it is heavy and I thought at first I will break my ribs. If you have big belly or tendency to a fat belly there is no better thing then a hula hoop. I strongly recommend using this product!

Very pleased with this hula hoop - great result in just two weeks. First got bruises over my waist and decided to rest a few days. Now my skin around waist much tighter and no bruises. Good to exersise in moderation, to start with just two minutes at a time.

It is huge, too big i think, but not heavy, i wanted something more heavy. for those very sensitive it's a no, the first time you try it the pain is big and leaves bruises, but as long as you do it every day there is no more pain, u get used to it, can't say yet if it work cause i am using it for just 1 week, but i think it helps. i can not say i am entirely satisfied with it but to avoid the hassel of sending it back i kept it, it is ok.
