I am using this Simmer ring plate from last one month and I must say that it is one useful addition in my kitchen.I mostly used it to roast PAPAD because earlier PAPAD used to get burnt when I roasted it directly on gas.This is one use of it, we can use it in so many ways.This is versatile tool that gives consistent cooking results and evenly distributes heat.Whenever we need gentle simmering we can use it.Useful Product for me!!
