Great product
I buy these for my sister. She is diabetic and they work great at keeping numbers down. In November of 1924 my sister was on the verge of having to go on shots, I did some research on milk thistle and found it to help with a lot of things. Up to now August 2025 my sisters sugar is staying closer to normal. This worked for my niece to. I'm not telling anyone what to do, but My family will stay on Milk thistle for the good things it does.

Seems to help
I've been taking this for a while now. Mainly just because I am a bourbon drinker, and I want to keep my liver in good health. I noticed when I take this, I feel less sluggish the morning after drinking. Definitely recommend, though it's obviously not a catch all ,heal all magic pill. Well worth it for the price, and quite effective.
