Works great to add a 80mm 3-pin fan to my Dell T5810
I used this to add a "Noctua NF-R8 redux-1200, Ultra Quiet Silent Fan, 3-Pin, 1200 RPM" fan to the rear of my Dell T5810 case via the Dell Motherboard's "HDD Fan" connector. Works great. No complaints from the BIOS.

Great quality part, does exactly what it should
This is a great find on a Dell OEM style cable. I bought a PC not realizing that the cable was missing. Ordered this cable and popped it in... Great working PC now.

Great adapter
I used the cable to swap out my stock PC CPU fan for a different one. In the end it worked great. It's a neat little adapter and for my purpose if the length was shorter it'd be better (because of cable management) but I'm not complaining because it really worked an it's held it's usage 3 months past.

Does precisely what it's supposed to do.
Ridiculous to have to buy this product, but it allows you to upgrade the fans in your Dell PC without cutting and soldering wires. Seriously, why does Dell use a proprietary 5-pin connector when they only use 4 of the wires- and they're the exact same 4 wires as the standard 4-pin connector? I guess to get users to buy OEM replacement parts. If you're comfortable looking up the color codes online and soldering wires, you can cut the cables off the OEM fans and wire them to the new fans in lieu of buying this product. But at the price, wasn't close to being worth my time to drag the soldering iron out. Click, click, done.

Very helpful
A little pricey but these are hard to find.. good quality and work great for swapping regular fans in a dell system, changing CPU cooler or using a dell mobo in an aftermarket case... Used these to build a cheap i5 system with a 20$ dell motherboard

Fast shipment/solid product
The shipment was really fast basically arrived next day after i oredered. Poduct works great. I purchased this because i had previously bought a sata to 3 pin adapter but it showed an error code, so then i purchased this and i no longer have that code.
