Best purchase, it doesn't burn you. You can keep it on for a couple of hours. You set the time and temperature and it relaxes my stiff neck. Your whole body relaxes. It works well. Very easy to use. You can move out a problem.

I got one of these for my niece and she likes it. I got one for me and I like it, but it’s almost too cold. I also bought the cap for migraines and that I like, but the same thing almost a little bit too.Cold

This is great, for a few minutes. It only really stays cool for 10-20 minutes (depending on ambient temp), but takes 2 hours or more to get cold again. It's not efficient for rotating ice and heat for an acute injury, and even less so for chronic pain. It's a bummer because it is very comfortable, stays on well, and absolutely help relieve pain and swelling. I'm not sure there's another better product though, I've tried all kinds of ice packs in nearly 18 years of chronic illness, and the more mobile/gel/wearable they are, the less time they last. I'd recommend getting 3-4 to rotate in order to solve the issue.

This neck wrap is very nice. The texture is smooth, the weight is comforting and it stays on very comfortably. The only possible drawback is that it is thinner and seems to lose its cold faster than others. Still; that’s probably worth it because you can put it on and move about the house instead of having to stay put on the couch. This is a nice item

For starters, I've managed to make it work. However I have to use it on the back of my neck with my hair between it and my skin(I'll try with a washcloth next). The fabric between the icepack and your skin is far too thin. There was no way to get it tight enough to add pressure where I needed it without feeling like I was getting frostbite. There was a smell, but it did fade after a few days in the freezer. I have tried it in the fridge and it just doesn't get cold enough for me and doesn't stay cool long enough. Pressed against the back of my neck has been the most helpful. So not a wasted purchase in my book. Also, if you fall asleep with it on, you're likely to wake up sweating, so keep that in mind if you try to wear it to bed(where most us migraine sufferers end up)

I suffer from migraines 2-3 times a week n daily headaches. I can’t imagine life without this cap! I use it both ways with the ice pack n without… n it really works. I put this on n I can feel it working. I usually end up having a little nap n usually when I wake up my migraine is gone or back to a manageable level. Thanks to this cap I’m taking less over the counter meds and prescription meds for my migraines/headaches!
