Not as advertised. Missing the black roll on which spares should be stored. Mine came wrapped around an old, incredibly dirty scrap of cardboard (literally torn, and with old address label stuck on) - I had to bin it straight away. Product was advertised with black roll which is required for storing spares once required repairs to blinds have been made. Not impressed.
