LDLrui USB A to USB C 3.1 Gen 2 Data Cable, 10ft, 1-Pack, Black-White

After trying several other data cables that could not maintain a steady connection to Android Auto in my car, I tried this cable out and was pleasantly surprised to find that it maintained a solid connection and never disconnected on its own. It worked so well that I bought several others for family members. Priced right and does what it's supposed to do! One thing to note is that these cables are fairly thick and a little bit stiff so they will hold their original shape better than a thinner cable. Could be a little annoying to get it to stay in the position that you want it to but that's just a minor inconvenience.

This is my second time purchasing this item (I lost the first one) and I will only buy this for my car/phone. Connection is quick, reliable and with no disruptions like I had with other cables. It's affordable and shipping is quick.

I picked up this 2-pack of LDLrui USB-A to USB-C cables mainly for charging and syncing a few devices (phone, portable SSD, and occasionally a headset). After using them for a while, I’d say they’re generally reliable, with a few limitations worth knowing upfront. First, the positives. The cables feel well-built. The braided exterior gives them a bit more durability compared to the typical rubber cables, and they don’t tangle easily when thrown in a bag. The connectors fit snugly into ports without feeling loose, which is something I’ve had issues with on cheaper cables. Charging performance is solid for what this type of cable is designed for. It supports up to 3A, and in real-world use, my phone charges at a consistent, reasonably fast rate when plugged into a standard USB-A charger. It’s not “ultra fast” compared to USB-C to USB-C cables with PD, but that’s expected. For car use (Android Auto especially), it’s been stable with no random disconnects so far. Data transfer is another strong point. I tested it with a portable SSD (Samsung T7), and transfers were noticeably faster than older cables I had lying around. It claims 10Gbps, and while I didn’t benchmark precisely, large file transfers felt quick and consistent. No dropouts or interruptions during longer transfers, which is important if you’re moving large media files. The 6-foot length is also practical. Long enough to reach from a wall outlet to a desk or bed, or from a car console to a mounted phone, without being awkwardly long. That said, there are a few downsides: * Not ideal for fast charging standards like USB-C PD * Slightly stiff compared to softer silicone cables * The black-and-white design is a bit unusual (subjective, but not for everyone) The biggest limitation is that this is still USB-A to USB-C. So if you’re expecting top-tier fast charging (like what newer phones or laptops support), this cable won’t deliver that. It’s more of a dependable “daily driver” cable rather than a high-performance one. In terms of real-world use, it works well for: * Charging phones overnight or at a desk * Connecting to a car for Android Auto * Syncing files between a laptop and external SSD * General backup/secondary cables to keep in different places Value for money is where this product stands out. Getting two cables with this level of build quality and performance is a good deal. I wouldn’t rely on them as my only cables if I needed maximum charging speeds, but as part of a setup, they make sense. Overall, these are dependable, no-surprise cables that do what they promise. Just make sure your expectations match the USB-A limitation.

It was exactly what I was looking for and it did the job.

This cable has performed without issue for all the data and charging tasks I've tried thus far. The item areived in simple packaging. In my case the box was barely closed as if packaged in rushed factory conditions. Each cable is in a separate sleave for protection in transit, both sleaves inside a very basic box. The shiny plastic plug bodies come wrapped in protective film which is not difficult to remove. Have fun pronouncing that brand name. Uhldrooie? El dee el rooey? Lidleruy? These are completely non-descript cables without gold plated connectors, with no markings or USB symbol, they will blend into the background and do their job without distracting you, by failure or by charisma. 2 pack is a good value. Nothing wrong with these and nothing very exciting, price is good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these for your basic cable needs, but be aware they aren't very flexible at this short of a length. The cable is thick and instills confidence in terms of durability. But in my usage scenario, this steadfast yet unremarkable cable demonstrates it's refusal to satisfy my desires. My Samsung SSD is hoisted skyward, partially hovering aloft from my Aukey hub, where it normally enjoys a solid footing, due to the recalcitrant, inflexible cable's mighty girth. This isn't really any issue with this adequately-made cable, but by happenstance I'm now subject to a small disharmony in the overal visual flow of my creative environment. Hence 4 out of 5 possible stars.

Good packaging and cable works as advertised.

Nice short length worked well to connect my smartphone to Android Auto in my new car.

May work for things other than my intent. Using with DAC, causes regulator drop outs. Follow Up: While the cable may not work for my intended use, the company made sure I was happy with outstanding customer service.

Comme on peut le dire de temps en temps sur internet il est vrai que ces câbles résolvent parfois les soucis de connexion entre un appareil Galaxy et les médianav Renault.

The product is not like the description, it doesn't work with Android auto, I filed a claim and the seller still didn't call me to pick up the items for return, very disappointing

Die Ladekabel machen einen guten Eindruck. Sind vom Durchmesser größer, als die Standardkabel. Da ich mir einen Stecker mit größerer Kapazität gekauft habe ( 300W) , wird ein höherer Ladestrom an die Geräte abgegeben. Erste Ergebnisse geben Anlass dazu, dass sich dadurch die Ladezeiten positiv beschleunigen- es geht schneller!
