Good choice for beginners
The assembly isn't difficult at all. It fits perfectly in my room and comparable with gymnastic rings and fat gripz. (obviously)To be fair it could have been slightly wider and of course if you want to perform some pelican curls or any exercises that require to bend away from the station — it will be falling so make sure you find a way to attach it to the floor properly. It can be a bit wobbly nothing crazy any freestanding pull up station will be wobbly at some point but it doesn't irritate or anything like that. I would say it's a decent choice for beginners like me who want to start doing calisthenics at home but if you have a lot of money I'd recommend looking up for some power racks as they are much more stable and suggest more variations for your workouts.

Wobbly and comes without instructions
Once you manage to assembly, it fits to the purpose but wobblyPros: easy to transport, easy to pull from onee place to another and it's great for home exercises
