Ink did not work! I installed the color cartridge and immediately got the error code 168D: cartridge cannot be recognized. Took it out, tried again, and got the same message. I bought this in December and unfortunately the return window has already closed. It doesn't seem fair that this item has such a short return window. My wife and I both work from home so we need to keep printer ink in stock. Buyer beware!
