Simple and efficient
I needed a new washing machine, but needed one that was simple for everyone to use. This is ideal and has a AAA efficiency rating. No digital display to complicate things, although I guess that means you don't know how long the cycle has left, however the lights on the right side do show at what stage the cycle is at. Two knobs so you can set whatever temperature or spin-speed you prefer for each material/wash type means complete control.I especially like the 20-degree/20-minute cycle for freshening clothes, which has turned out to be fine for most items. Both the wash and spin are relatively quiet and once I'd leveled the feet, the spin had very little vibration.

Machine OK but...
The following is not the fault of the supplier it is a fault of manufacturers and three linked brands who outsource to the same guarantee system. When you register they tell you that so much in the first year is not covered like the door seals and the door catches etc.I don't know whether that was the truth and if so in the first year I think that is unfair, but I detected the usual heavy pressure commission based selling of the insurance guarantee that covered parts and labour. The lifetime parts guarantee is there so you use their engineers each time at a whopping cost well over £100One gripe was the suppliers carrier let them down by failing to load the product on the day it was supposed to arrive. Human error I suppose, but when you take time off work you are not a happy bunny.Otherwise happy with the machine now I've fathomed out all the programme options.

Delivered with a different energy efficiency rating, and stopped working after a week.
Delivered on Thursday 11th November and washed half a dozen loads fine. Then on Thursday 18th all of the lights started flashing and I couldn't start a wash cycle. Phoned the service line at 4pm and was told to wait for a call-back but at 6pm I received an automated call to say there were still no agents available and to cancel the call-back. Phoned again on Friday 12th and again requested a call-back, which I did receive! Amanda talked me through 'resetting' the machine (switch off the power for 30 minutes, switch on the power and hold in the on/off and the start/stop buttons together for a count of 30. Did that and the whole thing died - no lights, no responses. Put in a call to the service line again and no sooner had I put in the call when the lights ALL came on again and started flashing - I still couldn't start a wash cycle though. Got a call-back from the service line who have arranged an engineer call-out. However, unless I'm willing to take a whole day off work I've had to wait until Monday 29th (over a week) to pin them down to a half-day call-out (i.e. between 7.15am and 1.00pm). Seriously unimpressed... and possibly haven't got to the end of the saga yet :-(Update: I took time off work and got the engineer here on Friday 26th. However, because the machine is so new he didn't have the necessary part on his van and I have to wait until NEXT Friday for another visit with the necessary part. Starting to feel it's a shame I can't give it minus stars....

Washing machine
Baught this couple a weeks ago. Upon arrival the delivery men we’re very friendly and helped me get it upstairs. Once into the my property and unboxed I had problems from the beginning. Did not want to start a wash cycle after installation was completed via the instructions. This washing. Machine was defective from the beginning. 3 phone calls later and 2 weeks pass before I had a working washing machine. Wasn’t happy about this as I had loads of washing to do. Cost me £100 in laundrette fees before the washing machine was working properly

NOT CORRECT DIMENSIONS
I ordered this product as it was described as with 51 when it is 59 and does not fit. Now have to go through the nightmare of getting it collected and refunded.
