Why is there a blank label on the top of the boxes?

I think that space is left blank for the retailer to put their price label on the box.

1/4 teaspoon of Diamond Crystal Kosher salt has 280mg of sodium (12% of recommended daily value). Table salt, for comparison has 581mg of sodium in 1/4 teaspoon, which is about twice as much as Diamond Crystal. If you are following a recipe, the standard is to state salt amounts for table salt, so if you are using Diamond Crystal, double the amount of salt. Hope that helps!

Is this coarse salt? I'm looking for fine table salt by same brand. Have found before but now hard to find.

It is not really that coarse. Morton kosher salt is a bit coarser. You can find diamond table salt on Amazon, though you might have to buy multiple cartons.

Can you use this salt to rim margarita glasses?

It is a bit fine, but it will work. Run a piece of lime around the edge and it will adhere.
