Thick cut marmalade, made easy
My mother loves thick cut marmalade. She also loves to moan that she can't buy any "proper" thick cut marmalade in the shops. I love her very much; but not enough to make marmalade from scratch. I opted for this method instead. It has stopped her moaning. And for that, I am eternally grateful. She also says that my marmalade tastes pretty good. So, I think that's a thumb's up.I'm not a great cook. I followed the clear instructions on the tin and got several jam jars full of what was apparently tasty marmalade. So I'm happy.

Pretty good marmalade but lousy instructions
Claim made in 30 minutes but even the instructions ...if you can read them so badly printed on tin...argue against that, allow couple of hours. Still okay, but when can a jar be eaten? - no indication. Following day/week?Best marmalade you've ever had if you've led a quiet life but inspires drools from many lips. No shop bought stuff holds a candle or an orange rind.

Finger Licking Good
Straight from the can with water and sugar,so easy compared to using fresh fruit and in a fraction of the time.Tastes great,looks great 10/10

very easy make. and if you add slightly less sugar its makes super thick cut marmalade.

Delicious marmalade!
Can't praise this enough. One can get 7 jars of authentic marmalade in a fraction of the time it would take to do it from scratch. It tastes as good as the 'slave labour' one at a great price.
