I 'assumed' and should have read the details closer. This package did not include the launcher, so I had to scramble and order launchers after he opened the gift. The Beyblades were excellent and eventually they were fun. It was his very first set so he didn't have previous launchers to work with.

I bought these Beyblades so that my 7 year old grandson and I could have more tops to play with thanrsince only two came with our Beyblade Burst Surge stadium. We LOVE these blades! They look good and burst more frequently than those that came with the stadium (they hardly ever burst). Two of the beys are right spin and one is left spin. Online I learned the Performance types: two are Balance and one is Stamina. With the generic brown box packaging, you don’t get the fun 1-10 ratings on these characteristics: Attack, Burst, Defense, Weight, Agility, and Stamina. I wish that was included as a separate sheet in the box. As stated in the description, a launcher is not included, which is fine because these are priced right. At some point, I’ll have to buy a new launcher because we enjoy playing with the beys so much!
