My Son often walks too and from work and it is often windy or raining. He doesn't like big, thick material as he finds it too warm and bulky. He also wants something that it lightweight and doesn't take up too much room.This jacket is very plain and basic looking, but it does the job. It kept him dry and fitted well. It is good quality and looks durable. He said that it is very effective as a waterproof and he is very pleased with it.

Despite being from Newcastle, I am very much a fan of coats, but I prefer something thinner and more lightweight and I'm a naturally warm person.This coat ticks all the boxes, it's lightweight but it doesn't feel like a plastic bag like some coats, it's a bit thicker than I expected but that's a good thing.I went for the next size up as I like a baggier fit, and with a jumper on it's about right, so if I'd gone for what would normally be my regular size, it would have been a relatively snug fit.

As a weatherproof jacket this is the business, it is very lightweight the zip and press studs are high quality so they will last the lifetime of the jacket, for me the size is ok across the shoulders and chest but too big around the waist and hips so the draw string is absolutely necessary, having worn it a few times outside in Scotland it has proved to be totally waterproof, on its own it's not the warmest but there is plenty of room to wear a jumper or even another jacket underneath, there is a good zippered bag to store it so it can be put in the boot of the car to be used in case of a breakdown on long car journeys,if you are the type of person who wants to cater for all eventualities when travelling or exploring this coat should be on your list of must haves.

...lots of buttons and pop studs which take a bit getting used to. Plus a zip which doesn't go all the way down. That said, once you are used to it it's certainly comfortable and does the job.Definitely worth considering and I'll certainly be wearing when the weather demands.

This jacket came packed and its own little zipper bag , The quality feels good when you take it out and it has lots of zippers and pockets the jacket is waterproof but you would have to wear a sweatshirt or something underneath it but it is a generous size so there’s plenty room for that. It is waterproof and looks very stylish, to be further prices and that’s expensive so it is quite Good value for Money, I will definitely get lots of wear out of it in this country because it rains all the time. It will be great for walking the dogs. I’m really happy with the quality.

I got this free to review as a Vine member so, there was one size and colour available to me. Thankfully the size was good and the colour wasn't shocking pink or dayglo yellow. On the day it arrived it was tipping down and I had to go to the shops and so I wore the jacket. It has no insulation in it so you will need to wear a jumper or similar underneath in cold weather but it was totally waterproof. The elasticated cuffs have a popper fastening on the outside to stop rain going up your sleeve too. As a glasses wearer i also appreciated the peak on the hood to keep rain off your face. It's a good jacket.
