I got it as a fun novelty but this thing would definitely be heard at distance in a storm.

Can wake a deaf person up!
I use this to wake my husband up, as he has become almost deaf through the years. I also worry about him, because he has a bad heart. This nice little item, cuts through all of that. When I can’t wake him up, this really works. It would honestly wake the dead!

Warning... Does not work.
Warning... Piece of Crap. Didn't test when I got it because it was a warning for my sick wife to use and I was afraid to test it in case it would scare her and she wouldn't use it if he had an emergency in the house. Went to use it today and only hissed from the air coming out. Passed the return date. Save your money... buy from another mfg... Mine has non listed. Buyer beware.
