Stronger, healthier nails and skin
[ This Review is for the Multi Collagen Peptide Capsules ]I've been struggling with joint discomfort for quite a while now so I was excited to try out these capsules. While I honestly haven't noticed a significant difference yet, I do feel like they're working on my joints, slowly but surely. I just need to give it more time. My nails however seem stronger and my skin feels a bit more hydrated since taking these capsules. I'm hopeful that my hair will start showing improvement soon too with patience and continued use.

Great Collagen Option
I like these Verdevitalis Multi Collagen Peptides Capsules. I have always been a powdered Collagen user. I would add it to shakes, oatmeal, and other types of foods. This because less convenient recently when I decided to start taking my Collagen at work to avoid taking it with another medication. These capsules seemed like a great option, so I decided to try them. These have been a great option and much easier to use than powdered versions since I'm not making shakes and oatmeal at work. Some of the things I like about this Collagen are: - It includes five types of Collagen - multi-blend, fish, bovine, chicken and egg shell - It has 60 servings per container - There are no additional fillers - Just a plain gelatin capsuleThese capsules are easy to pull apart if you want to mix them in a smoothie or something.I don't have any complaints so far. I haven't had any side effects from the product. It is very easy to take. This is a great option if you are looking for a good multi-source Collagen supplements.

Easy way to boost that collagen
I usually use the powdered form or collagen, but sometimes I don't have time to make a beverage so a capsule is the way to go.These seem to be as they claim. No complaints so far. I like how they have multiple forms of collagen as supposedly they each have their own benefits.

Overall good supplementary pills
The pills are small enough to swallow with capsules. I personally don't like the flavor generated when swallowing. I can tell the effectiveness on the nails and skin. Just a bit curious the capsule size is smaller than the supplementary pills contains 1000mg of collagen.

Beneficial addition to daily regiment
As we age our body naturally loses collagen. Up to 1% a year after the age of 40. 1% may not seem like much, but before you know it you are 60, and that 1% a year has added up!A daily serving is 2 small capsules and contains 1000mg (per serving)There is no Daily Value Percentage established. However, clinical studies have shown that a daily dose of 2.5 grams of Hydrolyzed Collagen could benefit joint pain, skin health, and hydration.5 grams of Hydrolyzed Collagen per day has shown the potential to improve bone density15 grams of these peptides have mostly been used to improve muscle mass and body composition(1000mg = 1gram) Personally I have been taking 6000mg daily for yearsMade in the USA (personally important for anything I am consuming)Keep in mind, these are 'supplements' meant to add to (or supplement) what you are already doing.A proper diet can assist your body in producing all of the collagen you need.Foods you can add to or increase amounts in your diet include bone broth, beef, fish, chicken, dairy, and eggs. They all either contain collagen or help your body produce it on its own.
