Yes. Says so on the jar. Label differs slightly from the jars Ive bought in Düsseldorf, but the product tastes the same.

This is a great product, but i paid $3.97 and the best price i see for it on amazon now is $24.99. what's up with this price?

Is this product gluten free or genetically modified?

Prepared without addition of preservatives and flavoring agents. Ingredients look to be mustard seed branntwein (maybe brandy vinegar) drinking water and salt. The label is written in German so the above is a loose translation. Sounds gluten free. I like the product but will probably find a similar mustard closer to home next time. The expiration date was far sooner than this jar will ever be used.

Been wanting to try this mustard and was finally able to find it on Amazon. There is warmth but wouldn't say it was really hot. But flavor is awesome. This will replace other mustards that I use.
