These are great. My son is able to listen better and stay more focused on the task at hand. His teachers have noticed an improvement at school as well. These are great flavored, great ingredients, gummies (easy to chew and swallow), worth every penny you pay for these, The overall improvement and health benefits from these along with natural ingredients will keep us purchasing these.

My 8 yo (diagnosed adhd) has been taking these about 3 months. I have not noticed a difference. Upon further research I saw recommended dose of Saffron is about 40ish mg a day but these are a smaller dose. I wonder if that's part of why. Also she liked them ok at first but after about 6 weeks really began to dislike the taste. She's supposed to take 2 but might only take one, further decreasing the dose. So what's the point? She says they are too sweet for her so since it didn't appear to work anyway and she doesn't like the taste, we are shopping for another brand. (Also the gummies stick to each other so I had to store the bottle upside down in order to peel them away each day, not an issue but something to note) I got these because they had great reviews so they clearly work for some. Trial and error is normal, and perhaps if I increased the dose and she liked the taste I'd keep buying.

My children enjoy the taste of these verses some other brands. We are on week 3 and I have noticed some subtle changes in mood. I will give them another week or so to see if they do better in school. They have been sleeping better recently. I just wish they did not all stick together in the bottle. It makes it difficult to get them out.

We bought these gummies for our son with ADHD. He enjoys the taste, and we’ve noticed he’s more focused during homework and daily activities. Easy to give and seems helpful!

Kids love them

The taste is horrible. My child is quite picky, so when she started gagging I tried one myself assuming they couldn’t be that bad. I am not picky in the slightest, and ended up giving her tons of empathy because they were disgusting. I purchased this one because of the positive reviews on flavor, so I don’t know if we just got a bad batch or what, but I’m pretty bummed I spent so much on gummies we need to throw away.

Seems to help my ASD sons mood! Try them.
