Such a small amount of product in the jar. You could see the bottom. What a waste of plastic.

I have been taking one level scoop of NAD for 4 days now each morning before breakfast and so far I have not suffered from any side effects. There are two methods recommended for taking the NAD powder; 1) is to put the scoop of NAD powder directly in your mouth under your tongue and then let is sit there and dissolve away for 30-60 seconds 2) is to mix the scoop of NAD powder with a glass of water and to drink immediately. I have been taking it via option 1). I find the taste of the powder to be very pleasant and it almost tastes sherbert like. One point of note though with both methods is to make sure that you do not put the scoop in the pot of powder when it is damp – and I would advise against keeping the scoop in the tub with the powder for storage for the same reason as if the powder gets damp it will be spoiled. Its eary days yet, been using nearly 3 weeks but I feel the same, albeit my skin feels a little better.

Too early to speak to the benefits, though always happier not having to deal with hard to swallow capsules. My biggest grievance is the excessive amount of packaging to product ratio. Barely a quarter of product and the rest is space. Not good value for the planet. Can’t in good conscience recommend :(

I've been taking this for a number of weeks now. I hope it's been beneficial. It's hard to tell with certain supplements whether they've been working. But I do tend to notice more of a lag mentally and physically if I do go without certain supplement for a few days, this is one of them. So it must be working for me. I generally tend to take it in the morning mixed into a glass of water along with whatever other supplements I'm taking at the time. The supplement comes as a very neutral sherbet like powder in a tub with upto 80 servings. So this should last you well over two months if you were to take a scoop every day. In fact the scoop itself is tiny so you really only need a small amount per day to get the correct dosage. Initially I was a little sceptical as the tub only comes half full, but because the scoop is so small as is the dosage then it matters very little. The powder is recommended to be taken mixed, so it's very easy to ingest - You can also take it sublingually under the tongue, where you leave it rest for about 60 seconds before swallowing, this may speed up the absorption rate slightly. A bonus point for me is that both bottle and cap are made from biodegradable sugarcane, so will eventually breakdown over time. Which is obviously better for the planet, so that is great. Lot's of info on the packaging and inside the bottle box too.

This supplement comes in very fancy packaging with lots of instructions and a special little scoop tool for measuring and medicating yourself. Although I found this helpful, I couldn’t help thinking a tablet would be so much easier. I travel quite a lot still for work, so then ended up not taking this as too bulky and I cannot pack in my pill box I usually use for any supplements whilst away. The actual product did seem to have positive impact, but as I was personally unable to take it as regularly due to the trips away, I’ve not had the chance to reap the full effect. So, my rating is for the quality and clarity of detail around the product and packaging, the impact and performance, being good. It loses one star due to the fiddly nature for administration compared to other products on the market. If you are prepared to do the scoop and don’t travel much, you’ll find it hard to find a better set of ingredients in a better quality than this one.
