This is my 2nd purchase and I love this. The price is reasonable. No need to crush it. Perfect for my pistachio chocolate cookies.

In South Korea, Dubai-style chewy cookies became a huge trend, and it was almost impossible to find pistachios, the main ingredient. Thanks to Amazon, I was able to quickly receive Sicilian pistachios. The rich, nutty aroma of the pistachios was incredible. However, until a small stone came out, I didn’t realize how difficult it is to find tiny stone fragments in chopped pistachios. Someone almost broke a tooth because of it. Aside from that issue, everything was perfect, and I would give it a full score.

The pistachios taste deliciously fresh and are perfectly chopped for baking.

When I try to crush nuts to make baklava, I usually end up with some kind of floury concoction that goes in the trash. Finding the right consistency was not all that easy. These pistachios are just right and added with walnuts and hazelnuts make a really good baklava, according to my wife. So, if you need crushed nuts (so to speak), these are really good.

The pistachio crumble is amazing! Fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor. I add it to chocolate, and it tastes incredible. Definitely ordering more!

“Me encantaron estos pistachos para decorar mis postres. Vienen bien picaditos, lo cual me ahorra muchísimo tiempo, y el color verde es súper vibrante y bonito, le da ese toque especial a cualquier cosa que uno quiera adornar. Son ideales para darles ese look fancy a los platos. Lo único que no me encantó fue que me encontré algunos pedacitos duros, como cáscaras o partes más duras del pistacho, que tuve que descartar. No es gran cosa, pero es algo que se puede mejorar para que el producto sea perfecto. En general, me gustaron mucho y los volvería a comprar
