the item is just as it is advertised. we bought this head as a replacement to a faucet that wore out after only just 1 year. it only has 1 spray setting and 1 stream setting though. I thought it had 2 spray settings but that is my mistake.the button at the top turns off the water from the faucet if you hold it down. we don't have much of a use for that feature though so it will go mostly unused. great product for the price though.

It does what it is supposed to without complaining. What more can one ask for from a cheap faucet spray head? I ordered this because the head that came on the home depot faucet lasted only a year before clogging up and there was no way to disassemble it and clean it out, try as I might. I was about to purchase and install an entirely new faucet but at last second had the bright idea to check Amazon. The trouble there was that there were too many choices. I have no idea why I picked this one.... price, appearance, who knows. Anyway it does what I want. So far.

The product is really good quality, the select button work rally well and stay on the mode you select until you change it. The water stop button need to be hold down to shut off the water. It fit perfectly with the Pfister kitchen faucets. The stainless steel is a bit off yellow compare to the faucets but not that noticeable. The packaging is a lot better than I have expected. The unit was in a protective wrap and the whole thing is a soft cloth bag. Not a lot of document but their is no need for that.

I've had this for about a year now, and up until a few months ago this faucet head worked great. It matches our faucet well, and worked exactly as you'd expect. Four stars...Unfortunately it didn't stay that way so three stars. It still works, but switching between the stream and spray has gotten a bit harder. Switching to spray is easy, but going back to the stream requires pressing the button really hard to keep water from dribbling out of the spray spouts.

Fit my faucet perfectly and works better than the original. Easy to install. I like that I can switch between spray and stream and it remains where I select it. The previous one always defaulted to stream. It also looks perfect, like it was the original. I installed it on a COSTCO flex faucet I bought several years ago. I don't know what the brand is.

It worked fine until about 6 months, where it is now difficult to switch between spray and stream, and the stream is spraying in all different directions. It is now useless. I am going to have to find a replacement.

Effortlessly replaced my old stock head with this unit. Twists right on. No leaks, no drips. Has a more powerful spray than the stock one which makes washing dishes easier. I also like the ability to temporarily turn off water from the head. It comes it handy for one handed tasks. Would buy again. Wish I bought it the day I bought my sink. Also, matches the color of my old head perfectly. No regrets.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product was so above the norm that I had to opine. This product is excellent in every way. It works great and was a perfect upgrade for the original faucet head that came with the unit. The packaging was elegant and a reflection of the attention to detail that this company conveys. Shipping was also very fast. I chose standard, but it was here in one day. Great product and service!

This is a pretty good faucet. It has a strong flow, something we are not used to. Hopefully, it will last longer then the previous one we ordered.
