I have had foggers before but not this style. This one is an improvement because you can fill it without having to remove the tank. I use a water bottle that I fill with RO water since my tap water is very hard and would likely leave mineral deposits on the machine. I also have it plugged into a electrical timer so that it will turn off and on according to a timer.The machine comes with a warning about how to place the hose in order to prevent this. I thought I had done this correctly but after I had the issue where the fog was coming out the sides as well have the mist not coming out of the hose, I looked and it seemed to be because the hose had gotten "plugged" with water or condensation. I adjusted the hose and I have not had this happen again.

I have mine on a timer and on the lowest setting it completely fills up my 50 gallon tank in a few minutes. Other than that it's great

The hose is tough to get just right. The top does not secure which some may like but we did nat. Safety concern with water spilling out. It would work ok then a minute later get clogged up and stop working. No timer on it. I would not trust is to be on a timer if we were not home for a day.

It’s unfortunate for me to have to share more negative reviews than positive lately. You will get fog but also half the water reservoir tank will be in a puddle on yoor tent floor. It’s really cheap plastic. The accordion style hose tube once you expand it, can’t ever close it up again. The lid just sits on top you have to use a weight to hold it down. Total hot garbage

No longer pumps out steam, seems to be a fan issue. Annoying that it broke after not too many months. Worked great prior!

It gives enough humidity for my 40B tank

This fog machine works great. The tubing feels really durable and is easy to use and maneuver. It definitely helps keep the humidity level in the higher percentile. It holds a good amount of water too.
