These particular forever stamps are no longer available from USPS. even when they were, they were being sold as a roll of 3000 stamps, usually more than what you may need in a life time. In addition, USPS doesn’t give a wholesaler discount, so think of us as a personal shopping service, you are paying us for the convenience of getting the exact stamps that you like mailed to you (in two days for prime members) vs spending the time during work-hours and travel/energy cost to drive to a post office, possibly stand in a queue and get a limited choice of stamps.

Q: Is this a global stamp?

Hello, these can be used towards global mailings but you will need additional postage. These are Forever Stamps so they will always be equal to the value of a one ounce, first class letter in the U.S. As of January 21, 2018 that value is 50 cents, and expected to increase in January 2019, whereas the cost of a global one-ounce letter is $1.15. These stamps can be used to mail a letter, or towards the total postage cost of any USPS shipment. Thank you.
